When you register to become a partner on this Site, you submit your own or your company’s Identifying Information on the Registration Form found here: africachangemakers.com/register/
By submitting the Identifying Information, you consent to it being published on the Africa Change Makers website. The following Identifying Information is published publicly on this website to identify you or your company as part of Africa Change Makers: Company name, tagline, logo, website url, donations url, donations raised, social media links, featured image, intro title, intro description, donations image, and details of what donations are used for. Submission of this Identifying Information is voluntary and you may withdraw your consent to be featured on the Africa Change Makers website at any time, by emailing: marketing@africanbushcamps.com
HOW DO WE USE YOUR DEVICE INFORMATION?
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our members browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of any new pages or campaigns).
HOW DO WE USE YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION?
We use the Identifying Information (including copy, logos, photos and other information submitted by the user) to identify you/your company as part of the Africa Change Makers movement by publishing it on this site. We also store this information as a part of record keeping.
Although we do not share any of your Device Information with third parties, we are obligated to share your Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

YOUR RIGHTS

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to register you as a part of the Africa Change Maker movement, and to communicate with you in future.
DATA RETENTION
When you register on the Site, you consent to us storing the Identifying Information you submitted on the site for as long as you remain a partner. In the event that you cease to be a partner, your Identifying Information will be deleted from this site and our database.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
